Therapeutic counselling is a psychological conversation between you and me, the therapeutic counsellor. During these conversations, the focus is on helping you to explore emotions, reaching goals, learn skills and techniques to help you cope and improve your life and relationships. My goal is to improve your psychological well-being and to help you to understand your actions and how to control them.
